Abstract:
The present invention discloses a high-voltage coaxial switch device based on a hydrogen thyratron (3), belonging to the technical field of high-power pulses. In the existing operation process of a hydrogen thyratron (3), high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is generated, so that normal operation of other electronic components is influenced, and an anode busbar and a cathode busbar of the hydrogen thyratron (3) are arranged vertically, so that the circuit of the hydrogen thyratron (3) constitutes a large loop, and the switch loop generates a large inductance, affecting the pulse waveform and causing waveform distortion. The sleeve member (2), the anode connecting pillar (31) and the cathode flange (32) of the present invention are coaxially arranged, and a coaxial current loop is formed by a coaxial cable (1), so as to avoid the generation of changes in primary parameters such as capacitance and inductance, thereby avoiding the changes of the secondary parameters such as impedance and attenuation. The present invention can reduce the inductance of the switch loop and ensure the output of an ideal pulse waveform of the present invention. In addition, the sleeve member (2) made of a metal material can effectively shield the interference of the inner and outer magnetic fields, so as to prevent the other electronic components from being influenced by the high-frequency electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of the hydrogen thyratron (3).
