A high-voltage distribution box, a high-voltage distribution system, and an electric vehicle. The high-voltage distribution system comprises the high-voltage distribution box, and the electric vehicle comprises the high-voltage distribution box or the high-voltage distribution system. The high-voltage distribution box comprises: a first distribution unit (101), a second distribution unit (102), a third distribution unit (103), and a fourth distribution unit (104). By providing multiple distribution units in the distribution box, a battery system can be connected to various high-voltage distribution parts and components such as a main drive motor controller (107), an auxiliary drive motor controller (108), a three-in-one controller (109), a battery system air conditioner (111), and a whole vehicle air conditioner (112) at the same time. A distribution task for the various high-voltage distribution parts and components can be realized by means of one distribution box, and therefore, the distribution box is high in integration level, the structure of the distribution system is simplified, and the later mounting and maintenance are more convenient.
