Abstract:
A high-voltage generating circuit is provided with a resonance inhibition unit (21) that is connected parallel to a switching unit (14). The resonance inhibition unit (21) sets the oscillation frequency (f0) of the primary voltage, which is to be set by a high-voltage control signal (Sk), to a frequency that is lower than the resonance frequency of a step-up unit (15), a frequency that is not affected by resonance, and a frequency by which an output voltage stepped-up to a prescribed voltage by the step-up unit (15) can be generated. When high-frequency ringing is generated by an inductance of the step-up unit (15) of the high-voltage generating circuit (9), the resonance inhibition unit (21) deletes the resonant component from the oscillation frequency of the high-voltage control signal, by short-circuiting the high-frequency component with a capacitor (23) and attenuating it with a resistor (22).
