Abstract:
A high-voltage generation device is provided with: a resonant half-bridge circuit 12 configured by having two switching elements, at least two resonant capacitors, a boost inductor, and diodes respectively connected in parallel with the resonant capacitors; a control means 15 for controlling the two switching elements of the resonant half-bridge circuit; a switching means SW1 for switching the on/off of the resonant capacitors of the resonant half-bridge circuit in accordance with an output command value input to the control means; a transformer 13 having a primary winding and a secondary winding, wherein the output voltage of the resonant half-bridge circuit is input to the primary winding as a primary voltage and a transformed secondary voltage is output from the secondary winding; and a rectifier circuit 14 for rectifying and smoothing the secondary voltage output from the transformer and outputting the rectified and smoothed secondary voltage as a DC voltage.
