Abstract:
A high voltage LED chip (2) set, an LED light source for plant light supplementation, and an illuminating device. By means of controlling the weight ratio between a transparent adhesive medium and red fluorescent particles of a first glue powder layer (3) and the thickness thereof, while also controlling the weight ratio between a transparent adhesive medium and yellow fluorescent particles of a second glue powder layer (4) and the thickness thereof, the photon number ratio of red light:blue light:green light emitted by a front-mounted high voltage LED light source for plant light supplementation within a unit time is between 65-95:5-30:5-25. The front-mounted high voltage LED light source for plant light supplementation has a high operating voltage, it would be easy to cause the working voltage of a packaged finished product to approach commercial power, and the efficiency of a driving power supply is improved; moreover, since the operating current is low, the line loss thereof during the application of the finished product is also clearly lower than that of a traditional DC LED chip. At the same time, the front-mounted high voltage LED light source for plant light supplementation reduces the amount of die bonding and bonding of the chips, which is beneficial for reducing packaging costs.
