Abstract:
A high-voltage switch temperature-rise test method and system, the method comprising: deploying, on a test line, a test product to be tested, and providing the test product with a test required current for a temperature-rise test (S100); acquiring temperature information of the test product so as to obtain a first temperature value (S200); correcting the first temperature value so as to obtain a second temperature value (S300); and calculating a temperature-rise value according to the second temperature value and an ambient temperature (S400). An acquired temperature of a test product is corrected so as to obtain an actual temperature of the test product, and a temperature-rise value is calculated by means of the actual temperature. Therefore, the accuracy of a test result can be significantly improved, and the defect of the thermal resistance of an adhesive material causing a measured temperature to be lower than an actual temperature due to poor thermotolerance of the adhesive material can be overcome.
