Abstract:
A high-yield oil extraction method, comprising the steps of: 1) crushing oil plants, adding pure water for mixing, stirring the mixture for 10-15 min, adding a composite surfactant that is 0.9%-1.7% by mass of the pure water and formed by mixing polyglyceryl-10 dipalmitate and polyglyceryl-10 monolaurate, continuing to stir for 10-15 min, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain an oil-water mixture and hydrous oil plant residue, and allowing the oil-water mixture to stand for layering and separating the upper oil layer to obtain oil; 2) adding 1%-1.7% by mass of a composite surfactant formed by mixing tripolycerol monostearate and polycapric triglyceride to the hydrous oil plant residue obtained in step 1), then adding n-hexane, stirring for 10-15 min, and draining water and distilling to remove the n-hexane to obtain an oil plant residue.
