Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a highly adhesive polyester film which exhibits excellent antistatic properties, while having a highly adhesive layer that exhibits excellent adhesion to an ultraviolet (UV) curable ink that is used for printing or the like, said highly adhesive layer being suppressed in migration of an antistatic agent in the highly adhesive layer to other articles that are in contact with the highly adhesive layer or to the back surface of the polyester film itself. [Solution] A highly adhesive polyester film which comprises a highly adhesive layer on at least one surface of a polyester film, wherein: the highly adhesive layer is obtained by curing a composition that contains an ion-conductive antistatic agent, a polyester resin and a polycarbonate urethane resin; the surface of the highly adhesive layer has a surface specific resistance of 1.0 × 10 13 Ω/sq or less; and if another polyester film is held in contact with the surface of the highly adhesive layer at 50°C under a pressure of 1 kg/cm2 for three days, the surface of the another polyester film, said surface having been in contact with the surface of the highly adhesive layer, has a surface specific resistance of 1.0 × 10 14 Ω/sq or more.
