The present invention relates to a highly-concentrated organic waste water system and waste water treating method using a heating membrane filtration concentrating device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method which: applies a heating membrane filtration concentrating device to a membrane-coupled anaerobic digestion process; simultaneously increases the water treated by the membrane filtration concentrating device and reduces the amount of energy used to heat an anaerobic digestion tank by producing a concentrated liquid heated in a membrane filtration concentrating process and returning same to the anaerobic digestion tank; ensures stability in a downstream waste water treating process by raising the water temperature of water treated in the membrane filtration concentrating device; and increases the cleaning efficiency of the membrane filtration concentrating device and the service life of the membrane by raising the temperature of washing chemicals during washing of the membrane.
