Abstract:
Disclosed is a highly dynamic wide-range any-contour-error monocular six-dimensional measurement method for a numerical control machine tool (4), which belongs to the field of machine tool dynamic error detection, and relates to a highly dynamic wide-range any-contour-error six-dimensional measurement method for the numerical control machine tool (4), the monocular vision measurement technology thereof cooperating with short-time stroboscopic illumination and a prior standard plate (7). In the method, a measurement tool and a measurement system are designed, and a monocular vision pose algorithm is used for combination with prior knowledge to increase the dimensionality and range of a machine tool interpolation contour capable of being measured by vision. Combined with an error distribution principle, a small measurement view field (21) is utilized for improving the view field measurement precision of coding elements (8); an actual six-dimensional motion contour of the machine tool can be obtained by carrying out traversal photography on each frame of image; and in comparison with a nominal motion contour of the machine tool, six-dimensional errors generated by the interpolation contour of the numerical control machine tool (4) can be resolved. By combining the monocular vision pose algorithm with a reference conversion method, the dimensionality of the machine tool interpolation contour measured by vision is improved; and wide-range any-contour-error six-dimensional measurement of the numerical control machine tool (4) in the small view field is achieved.
