Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a highly effective anti-cancer cell monoclonal antibody screening method, comprising the following steps: directly removing antigens common to cancer cells or cancerous tissues and normal cells or normal tissues in vivo using antibodies against corresponding normal cells or normal tissues. The present method does not perform large-scale screening of antigens in vitro. The method of the present invention obtains 11 monoclonal antibodies against the anti-hepatoma cell strain HepG2. Said monoclonal antibodies specifically recognise HepG2, and do not recognise or basically recognise normal human hepatocyte HH cells. Said monoclonal antibodies also have specific recognition of HepG2 compared to cancer cells from other tissue sources.
