Abstract:
Disclosed is a highly efficient device for washing and drying a needle roller, comprising a conveying mechanism (1); a demagnetizing mechanism (2), a spray and rough washing mechanism (3), an ultrasonic washing mechanism (4), a spray and fine washing mechanism (5), a rust prevention processing mechanism (6), and a drying mechanism (7), which are disposed successively; and a controller disposed outside the device, the controller having an output terminal that connects and controls the respective mechanisms. The conveying mechanism (1) comprises a conveying belt and an electric motor (a) disposed thereunder, the conveying belt successively passing through the inside of the respective mechanisms. The demagnetizing mechanism (2) comprises a demagnetizing chamber (21) in which a demagnetizing coil (22) is disposed. The ultrasonic washing mechanism (4) comprises an ultrasonic chamber (41) in which an ultrasonic generator (42) is disposed. The demagnetizing mechanism (2) is configured to demagnetize the needle roller prior to washing so as to prevent magnetism of the needle roller interfering with subsequent washing and drying processes, thereby increasing the operation efficiency of the needle roller washing and drying device.
