Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and particularly relates to a highly elastic and corrosion-resistant polyurethane and an alloy material compounded with said polyurethane. In view of the problem in the prior art that the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of polyurethane is poor and the application range thereof is limited, the present invention provides a highly elastic and corrosion-resistant polyurethane and an alloy material compounded with the polyurethane, comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, polyethylene, a styrenic elastomer, an acid and alkali resistance auxiliary, a compatibilizer, a filler, an antioxidant, and nano titanium dioxide. In the present invention, an acid and alkali resistance auxiliary and polyethylene are added into a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, thereby improving the resistance of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer to acids and alkalis, and expanding the application range of the material.
