Abstract:
Disclosed are a non-eluting antibacterial glass composition and an antibacterial glass powder preparation method using same, the composition being formed from ingredients that are harmless to the human body, and having high heat resistance and high water fastness, thereby maintaining a semipermanent antibacterial function. In addition, the present invention relates to a novel antibacterial glass composition into which a glass powder comprising, as a main ingredient, SiO2, which is a glass former, and comprising ZnO and SnO as antibacterial components, and a silane coupling agent having a cationic functional group are introduced.
