Abstract:
The present invention relates to a highly heat-resistant sound-absorbing material for an automobile interior and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a highly heat-resistant sound-absorbing material for an automobile interior, the method comprising: a substrate layer manufacturing step of needling a fiber web comprising a substrate layer, coating layers formed on upper and lower surfaces of the substrate layer, and outer skin layers formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate layer, on which the coating layers are formed, the outer skin layers being made of aramid nonwoven fabric, the fiber web being formed by carding the aramid nonwoven fabric, and then impregnating the fiber web with an impregnation solution; an outer skin layer forming step of needling the fiber web, which has been formed by carding the aramid nonwoven fabric; a coating layer forming step of gravure-coating a surface of the outer skin layers, which have been manufactured through the outer skin layer forming step, with a coating solution; a stacking step of stacking the outer skin layers, which have a coating layer formed on a surface through the coating layer forming step, on the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate layer manufactured through the substrate layer manufacturing step such that the coating layer faces towards the substrate layer; and shaping step of shaping a stacked body manufactured through the stacking step. A highly heat-resistant sound-absorbing material for an automobile interior manufactured through the above processes has excellent heat resistance and shape stability and therefore can be used as an automobile engine cover and various interior materials.
