Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a tin-containing perovskite layer that is highly purified by removing Sn4+, which is slightly present in the system, and has good photoelectric conversion, while being not susceptible to oxidation of Sn2+ into Sn4+. [Solution] A tin-containing perovskite layer wherein the value of Sn4+ 40 nm, which is the percentage of the tetravalent tin atom content in the sum of the tetravalent tin atom content and the divalent tin atom content in a second measurement region that is at the depth of 40 nm in a surface center part of the tin-containing perovskite layer, is from 0% to 0.5%.
