Title:
HIGHLY STABLE PIEZO-OSCILLATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2003/088474
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A highly stable piezo-oscillator capable of providing a design means for preventing electronic components used for the highly stable piezo-oscillator from being deteriorated by thermal aging when the high temperature side of a temperature range in use is as high as 85°C, comprising a first thermostatic chamber for storing a piezo-vibrator and electronic components, a second thermostatic chamber for storing the first thermostatic chamber, insulating materials surrounding the second thermostatic chamber, and a case, wherein the temperature of the first thermostatic chamber is set lower than the temperature of the second thermostatic chamber by using Peltier elements.
