Abstract:
Provided is a highly-unitized joint bearing for aerospace, which comprises an inner ring (2), an outer ring (1), a rocker arm (4) and a gear (5). The inner ring (2) is internally provided with a key groove; the outer ring (1) is sleeved on the inner ring (2); the outer ring (1) is rotatably connected to the inner ring (2); the rocker arm (4) is fixedly connected or detachably connected to the outer ring (1); the rocker arm (4) is provided with a connecting hole (8) used for connecting a shaft rod; and the gear (5) is coaxially and fixedly connected or detachably connected to the outer ring (1). The joint bearing changes the singular function of traditional outer rings, and integrates the rocker arm (4), the gear (5) and the outer ring (1), thereby enriching functions, reducing the number of parts, and reducing assembly difficulty, and has the advantages of diversified functions, being lightweight and having a small volume without interfering with the advantages of the performance of the bearing.
