A hinge device used in a notebook computer, comprising a first hinge (110) and a second hinge (120). The first hinge (110) and the second hinge (120) are disposed in parallel by means of a supporter (130). A first lock attachment (140) is disposed on the first hinge (110). The first lock attachment (140) is fixedly connected to the display screen of the notebook computer. A second lock attachment (150) is disposed on the second hinge (120). The second lock attachment (150) is fixedly connected to the main body of the notebook computer. The hinge device also comprises a two-hole damping component (160), used to provide a torsion during rotation of the display screen and the main body of the notebook computer. Two holes of the damping component (160) are used for assembling the first hinge (110) and the second hinge (120). The invention, by means of the two-hole damping component on the hinge device, provides a torsion upon the opening and closing of the screen and main body of the notebook computer, realizing a rotation between the screen and the main body of the notebook computer through an angle from 0 to 360 degrees, and reduces hinge height in comparison to hinge devices applied in conventional notebook computers.
