Abstract:
Provided is a hinge wherein a plurality of hold-and-stay members can be automatically subjected to lock operation in a fully open state, thereby achieving improvement in durability, and wherein the locked state can be easily released. A hinge (71) is provided with a hinge plate A (72), a plurality of hinge plate sections B (73, 74) which are pivotally supported at a plurality of places in the longitudinal direction of the hinge plate A (72), and an opening angle restricting mechanism (75) which arrests the opening operation of the hinge plate sections B (73, 74) at a certain angle. The opening angle restricting mechanism (75) is provided with a plurality of pin-shaped guide members (85) installed on horizontal mounting plate sections (84a) located on the hinge plate A (72), a plurality of shorter pin-shaped locking members (86), and a plurality of hold-and-stay members (91, 92) that are integrally connected to a rod (88) which is fitted into the hinge plate sections B (73, 74) in a rotatable and axially slidable manner. The hold-and-stay members (91, 92) are provided with fitting sections (93) into which the guide members (85) are fitted and with engagement sections (94) which are capable of engaging with or disengaging from the locking members (86) due to axial movement of the rod (88) in the maximum open position.
