Abstract:
Disclosed are a hinge member and a manufacturing method for the same which can reduce the frictional resistance between a pair of hinge stays and between the hinge stays and a connecting member, can improve the durability of the hinge member, can inhibit the occurrence of sliding sounds, and can increase the strength of stoppers using a simple structure. The hinge member is provided with: a pair of metal hinge stays (20); a connecting member (30) which rotatably connects end sections (20a) of the pair of hinge stays (20); and resin sliding members (40) which are fixed to each of the pair of hinge stays (20), and which have plate sections (41) provided on at least one surface of the hinge stays (20), and cylinder sections (42) provided on the inner peripheral surface of hinge holes (21) and connected to the plate sections (41). The plate sections (41) of the sliding members (40) slide together.
