Provided in the present invention is a hinge of a mobile terminal having a foldable flexible screen. The hinge comprises a middle U-shaped cover, a left support frame, a right support frame, and a flexible screen support plate. The left support frame and the right support frame are rotatably connected to the U-shaped cover. A rotation shaft of the flexible screen support plate and inner sides of the U-shaped cover respectively connected to the left support frame and the right support frame are connected to a synchronization mechanism mounted on the U-shaped cover. Also provided in the present invention is a mobile terminal having a foldable flexible screen using the hinge. The present invention has a simple structure and by means of cooperation between a rotation shaft of a synchronization mechanism, a rotation shaft of a flexible screen support plate and a guiding pin or shaft of a guiding mechanism, can prevent a middle structure of a hinge from being exposed outside when folded, provide space for accommodating a bending portion of the flexible screen and a flat support for the flexible screen when unfolded, and is easy to operate.
