Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hinge module for a mobile communication terminal capable of rotating a display unit with respect to a main body unit of the mobile communication terminal. The hinge module for mobile communication terminal comprises of: a fixing plate which is coupled to the main body unit, of which a cam is coupled to one side, and into which a hole where a connection unit for transferring a signal applied from the main body unit is arranged and penetrated; a rotating plate which is coupled to the display unit and includes a bushing coupled to the hole to enable rotation thereof; and a spring which is installed between the fixing plate and the rotating plate to be coupled to a slider which is in contact with a profile of the cam, of which both ends are coupled to the other side of the rotating plate to apply elastic force to the slider, and of which a center is coupled to one side of the slider. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile communication terminal of a slim size is manufactured by composing a thin hinge module and the manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced by simplifying the configuration of the hinge module.
