Abstract:
Provided is a hinge structure for a folding type mobile terminal, which prevents a case at an assembling time from being broken without deteriorating the assembly. The hinge structure connects a display unit (11) and a keybutton unit (12) foldably. The display unit (11) is equipped in its upper case (1) with a first connecting unit having a cylindrical hole, into which an inner cylinder (or a cylindrical portion (8)) of a dummy hinge (5) composed of two cylindrical portions having a common axis but different diameters is turnably inserted, such that the first connecting unit protrudes from the end portion. The keybutton unit (12) is equipped at its upper case (2) with a second connecting unit, which is positioned at the connecting time closer to the central side of a hinge pin than the first connecting unit and which has a cylindrical hole (9) for receiving the outer cylindrical portion of the dummy hinge (5) unturnably, such that the second connecting unit protrudes from the end portion. The hinge structure includes a stopper (7) for fixing the dummy hinge (5), which can be inserted into and buried in the cylindrical hole (9), such that the cylindrical portion (8) is inserted into the cylindrical hole of the first connecting unit.
