Abstract:
Hinge-type device having a removable shaft and intended for the attachment of interchangeable parts of leather items. The invention relates to an attachment hinge, the shaft of which consists of two removable cylindrical pins. The removal of these pins makes it possible to replace a part of a leather item with a different part fitted with the device. The device consists of a stationary knuckle (A) which has two nodes (1) and is attached to the leather item (D), and a movable knuckle (B) which has one node (6), is attached to the interchangeable part (E) and is provided with magnets (10) at the bottom of the two ends of said knuckle. These magnets hold two removable cylindrical steel pins (C) in place, these pins serving as the shaft for the knuckles. The pins can be attached to an interchangeable part (F) by virtue of a through-hole (12) for a ring (15) at the distal end of said pins. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the personalisation of leather items.
