Title:
HINGE FOR VEHICLE DOOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/030417
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A paint coating (P) which hinders the passage of current from a rotation axis member (40) to a sliding bushing (50) is formed on the outer circumference (40c) of the rotation axis member (40), including the portion (S2, S3) that slides with the sliding bushing (50) in the rotation axial direction and including the range (S4) near the exposed end edge (53) of the sliding bushing (50). Due to this, even if ED coating is performed as a means of rust prevention for a vehicle body (M1), cracked, peeled, and fallen ED paint coating no longer exists in the boundary portion between the rotation axis member (40) and the sliding bushing (50); for example, even if the sliding bushing (50) moves around the rotation axis member (40) relatively, so-called nibs cease to be created. With respect to this, the electrically conductive portion (S1) of the rotation axis member (40) at the hinge (10) for the vehicle door is set at "3.5 mm", and current arriving from the female bracket (20) can run from the rotation axis member (40) to the sliding bushing (50) without resistance.
