Abstract:
A hinge and a wearable device. The hinge comprises a fixed ratchet wheel (1) connected to a fixed member (a); a movable ratchet wheel (2) connected to a movable member (b) and synchronously rotating therewith; a first intermediate ratchet wheel (5), which is sleeved on a fixed shaft (3) of the fixed ratchet wheel (1) and is engaged therewith; a second intermediate ratchet wheel (6), which is sleeved on a movable shaft (4) of the movable ratchet wheel (2) and is engaged therewith; a first spring (7), which is connected between the fixed ratchet wheel (1) and the first intermediate ratchet wheel (5) and tensions the two; and a second spring (8), which is connected between the movable ratchet wheel (2) and the second intermediate ratchet wheel (6) and tensions the two, wherein the first intermediate ratchet wheel (5) and the second intermediate ratchet wheel (6) rotate synchronously and are connected to a connecting cable (c), and ratchets of the fixed ratchet wheel (1) and the movable ratchet wheel (2) have opposite rotation directions.
