Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hinged cantilever deformation inspection system and, more specifically, to a hinged cantilever deformation inspection system capable of recognizing a hinged cantilever on an operating train and automatically detecting a defect in the recognized hinged cantilever. To this end, provided is a hinged cantilever deformation inspection system comprising: a hinged cantilever recognition unit provided on a railroad car top so as to recognize, through laser marking and in real-time, a hinged cantilever provided at the side of a railroad, during the operation of a train; a hinged cantilever photographing unit for capturing images of the front and rear surfaces of the hinged cantilever when a hinged cantilever detection signal is transmitted from the hinged cantilever recognition unit; a hinged cantilever image collection unit provided on a railroad car, collecting hinged cantilever images captured by the hinged cantilever photographing unit, and analyzing the deformation of the hinged cantilever in real-time through the collected images; a remote control unit for allowing a ground office or a user's smartphone to operate the system by remotely accessing the hinged cantilever image collection unit provided on the railroad car; and a hinged cantilever deformation analysis unit provided in the ground office, collecting the hinged cantilever images captured by the hinged cantilever photographing unit so as to analyze the deformation of the hinged cantilever, and managing the history of hinged cantilevers in which defects have occurred.
