Abstract:
Disclosed is a hinged inner rod-type fluid drive cylinder that is either a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder, has both single-acting and double-acting modes, and comprises a cylinder body (1), a rear end cover (3), a front end cover (301), and a piston rod (201). An inner bore (21) is provided on the piston rod (201). A hinge bearing (6) is fixedly arranged in the inner bore (21). A swing lever (7) is hinged to the front extremity of the hinge bearing (6). The hinged inner rod-type cylinder is capable of outputting nonlinear motions such as reciprocating swings, is greatly reduced in the axial dimension, and has a swinging part of a significantly reduced mass, thus significantly mitigating a negative impact brought forth by shock.
