Abstract:
A hip-knee hybrid drive walker (100) having a brake, used for assisting in walking, and comprising: a waist fixing member (1), placed behind the waist of a user and used for fixing the waist; a waist band (2), passing through the waist fixing member (1) to be wound on the waist of the user and used in conjunction with the waist fixing member (1) to fix the waist of the user, suspending fixing members (8) being sleeved on the side surfaces of the waist band (2); hip joint modules (3), connected onto the waist band (2) by means of the suspending fixing members (8) and allowing for movement of the hip joints of the user; knee joint modules (4), reversely connected to the hip joint modules (3) by means of transmission belts (9) and allowing for movement of the knee joints of the user; first thigh rod members (5), connected to the hip joint modules (3); second thigh rod members (6), connected to the knee joint modules (4), locked with and fixed to the first thigh rod members (5) by means of screws, and also used in conjunction with the first thigh rod members (5), such that the lengths of the transmission belts (9) are adjusted according to the lengths of the first thigh rod members (5) and the second thigh rod members (6); and shank protection plates (7), connected to the knee joint modules (4) by means of pin shafts and attached to the front of the shanks of the user.
