Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an HIV infection inhibitor which can act through a mechanism of action that is different from those of conventional anti-HIV drugs, rarely induces drug resistance, and can inhibit HIVs sustainably and effectively. Provided is a compound represented by general formula (I) or a salt thereof. The compound according to the present invention has a high anti-HIV activity, also has low cytotoxicity, and can achieve a synergistic activity when used in combination with an anti-HIV neutralizing antibody.
