Abstract:
Disclosed is a hoisting machine for wear-resistant ball production. The hoisting machine comprises a vertically extending hoisting track (1), a hoisting hopper (2) arranged on the hoisting track (1) in a sliding manner, a driver (3) driving the hoisting hopper (2) to move up and down along the hoisting track (1), and an automatic ball unloading assembly (4) arranged on a ball receiving track (J), wherein the hoisting hopper (2) comprises a hoisting seat (20), which can move up and down and is arranged on the hoisting track (1), and a hoisting hopper body (21), which is arranged on the hoisting seat in a manner of flipping in the horizontal direction. The automatic ball unloading assembly (4) fits with the hoisting hopper body (21), and during moving up and down in an unloading area formed by the corresponding automatic ball unloading assembly (4), the hoisting seat (20) drives the hoisting hopper (2) to perform flipping unloading or flipping resetting. By means of the hoisting machine, the hoisting of wear-resistant steel balls is completed by means of the vertical movement of the single hoisting hopper, and the hoisting hopper can automatically perform flipping unloading and resetting actions during the vertical movement process. The hoisting machine is simple in terms of operation and conveniently implemented; and there is no no-load state, thereby saving on costs.
