| CLAIMS Our solution is composed by following elements: 1. Cover, that can be made using different materials on which will be applied the necessary elements to make the band changeable or with the possibility to be partially opened. 2. Band that can be made using different materials, possibly elastic and of different lengths (due to the smartphone model). 3. The two elements (the cover and the band) together will allow the user to insert at least a finger in between the cover and the band. 4. The interchangeability or the possibility to be partially opened can be obtained by using buttons, clips, velcro or everything that can bring the result of interchangeability half fixed band applied to the cover. 5. Therefore we claim all the solutions that can give you the possibility to hang, carry and and use the smartphone as described above. |
| AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 13 September 2016 (13.09.2016) Our solution is composed by following elements: 1. A cover for Smartphone, that can be made using different materials on which it will applied two males pression buttons, to make a band changeable or with the possibility to be partially opened. 2. A cover for Smartphone according to claim 1 with applied the males pression buttons that allow to attach and detach an elastic band with the female pression buttons. 3. According to claims 1-2, a cover for Smartphone together an elastic band will allow the user to insert at least a finger in between the cover and the band. 4. According to claims 1-3 a cover for Smartphone, two pression buttons linked both to the cover and to elastic band will give as a result of the interchangeability of the band. |

Situation before the technique
At the moment on the market there is not a solution that allows to hold and use comfortably the smartphone with one hand.
There is not cover that allows to attach and hang on the smartphone on belts, jeans, bags, or shoulder straps.... etc.. etc..
Goal that the innovation wants to reach
The technical and practical problems that the "Hold up cover with interchangeable or half fixed band for smartphone" wants to solve are related to the great difficulty that the users of smartphone devices have during their use in specific modalities:
• Writing text messages (i.e. sms, messanger, whatsapp, mail, etc)
• Visualization of social (facebook, twitter, etc)
• Self - time (selfie)
• To avoid accidental falls of the smartphone
• Possibility to carry the smartphone more easily, thanks to the hold up cover with interchangeable or half fixed band for smartphone, hanging it to belts, jeans, bags, or shoulder straps, etc etc...
Actually these operations may result dangerous and not so practical for the smartphone integrity.
Our hold up cover with interchangeable or half fixed band for smartphone intends to simplify, make it comfortable and avoid falls or breakages of the smartphone, but above all it tends to facilitate the smartphone usage with a single hand, ideal for example for people with temporary or permanent disabilities in one arm.
Analysis of the achieved result
The hold up cover with interchangeable or half fixed band for smartphone, it's easy to produce, to project and to promote. It is composed by a smartphone cover, that can be made using different materials, to which we apply a strip or band interchangeable or half fixed. It's integrated with different kinds of buttons or clips ( we used pressure buttons ) that are applied to the cover and to the strip band. In the partially opened option, the band will be fixed on the cover on one side, while a button or clip will be applied at the other end of the band to allow the possibility to attach/detach. With this hold up cover with interchangeable or half fixed band for smartphone the use of the smartphone and of all the functions mentioned above will be easier and more comfortable. All these functions will be now executed with one hand by inserting the fingers between the cover and the band, and this hold up cover with interchangeable band or half fixed for smartphone does not just make the phone more comfortable to use but it is also elegant trendy and saleable in different colours and drawings.
