Abstract:
Provided are a holder body and a workpiece-clamping device with which fabrication is easier than in the past and damage due to the clamping force between parts and wide variation in alignment precision do not occur. The holder body (100) is provided with a main holder (110) and a sub-holder (120) that are coupled to each other. In the main holder (110), a cylindrically formed reference-side fitting section (112) is formed. On the sub-holder (120), a cylindrical follower-side fitting section (121), which fits inside the reference-side fitting section (112), is formed. The follower-side fitting section (121) is configured from a follower-side undercut region (122), which elastically tilts, and a follower-side contacting region (123), which contacts the reference-side fitting section (112), as a result of being fitted with the reference-side fitting section (112). The sub-holder (120) is provided with a work arbor (130), which is elastically pressed toward a workpiece support (150) for supporting the workpiece (90). On the work arbor (130), a fitting taper section (135) for fitting in a through hole (91) of the workpiece (90) is formed.
