Abstract:

The present invention relates to a holder for cutting-tool fastening which allows a cutting tool, such as a drill or an end mill, or a side milling cutter, to be fastened to the head part of a machine tool at the time of reaming or milling on a machining center or the like, and allows a driving screw gear and a spindle to be installed inside a holder having a single form, rather than dividing a holder body, so that verticality which is the center of the holder remains unchanged even if the driving screw gear and spindle are replaced as necessary. To this end, the present invention comprises: an integrated holder body (30) which has a tapering shank part (31) formed at the top thereof and an adapter (32) formed at the bottom thereof, the adapter (32) having a tapering part (32a) corresponding to the tapering part (91) of a collet (90), and also has a mounting hole (34) formed vertically so as to connect to the tapering part (32a), a flange part (33) which is in contact with the lower surface of a head part (9) and formed at the boundary between the shank part (31) and the adapter (32), an insertion hole (35) communicating with the mounting hole (34) and being orthogonally formed in the flange part (33), and a rotation-preventing-member fastening hole (38) formed in the adapter (32); a spindle (40) which is embedded via the mounting hole (34) formed in the center of the holder body (30) and has a first male screw part (41) formed at one end thereof and screw-coupled to the inside of the shank part (31), a second male screw part (42) which is formed at the other end thereof and has a screw thread opposite to that of the first male screw part (41), and a driven screw gear (43) integrally formed between the first and second male screw parts (41, 42); a driving screw gear (50) which is installed via the insertion hole (35) of the flange part (33) formed on the holder body (30) and is engaged with the driven screw gear (43) of the spindle (40); a cap (60) which is screw-coupled to the insertion hole (35) formed in the holder body (30), closes the insertion area of the driving screw gear (50), and has a tool insertion hole (61) formed at the center thereof; a slider (70) having a first female screw part (71), which is inserted via the lower part of the adapter (32) and screw-coupled to the second male screw part (42) of the spindle (40), and a long hole (72), which is vertically long and penetratingly formed; and a rotation-preventing member (80) which is installed so as to pass through the long hole (72) of the slider (70) via the rotation-preventing-member fastening hole (38) formed in the adapter (32) of the holder body (30) and restrains the rotation of the slider (70) so as for the slider (70) to ascend and descend, wherein the collet (90) is inserted via the collet storage/maintenance hole (39) of the adapter (32) and screw-coupled to the slider (70).
