Abstract:
The present invention relates to a holder for a portable information and communication device which enables a user to stably hold without the use of hands a portable information and communication device such that the user can use the portable information and communication device comfortably regardless of a user's posture when the user makes a video call or watches TV or a movie. The holder comprises: a hanging member (10) which is formed in a broken ring shape so as to be hung on a user's neck, and has connecting pieces (15) installed at both ends respectively; a fixing member (50) on which a portable information and communication device is held and elastically supported; a supporting member (30) which is formed in a multi-step structure so as to adjust the length thereof, and has a coupler (35) on a front end part to be coupled to a coupler housing (55) of the fixing member (50) so as to rotatably support the fixing member (50); and a position controlling member (20) which has one end rotatably coupled to the connecting pieces (15) of the hanging member (10) and the other end rotatably coupled to a rear end of the supporting member (30) so as to determine a position of the supporting member (30), and is supported by the breast of the user.
