Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a holding structure that makes it possible to easily adjust the mounting angle of an electric device, and to provide an electric device. The electric device (A1) is provided with a casing (1) and a magnet unit (6). A holding member (B1) comprises a connection unit (71) that is magnetic. The magnet unit (6) comprises a magnet (6b) and a yoke (6a) which forms a magnetic path extending from the magnet (6b) to one surface of the casing (1). The holding member (B1) holds the electric device (A1) by the connection unit (71) magnetically coupling with the yoke (6a). Also, the casing (1) has an elastic member (15b) provided in the area contacting the connection unit (71).
