Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a holding tool for osteotomy with which the whole depth of a cut becomes visible. [Solution] A holding tool (220) is provided with: a first separation member (221b) provided with a first inner surface (221p), and a first outer surface (221q) which is formed into a wedge shape that gradually becomes thicker from the tip end side to the rear end side with respect to the first inner surface, and which comes into contact with a bone; and a second separation member (221a) provided with a second inner surface (221p), and a second outer surface (221q) which is formed into a wedge shape that gradually becomes thicker from the tip end side to the rear end side with respect to the second inner surface, and which comes into contact with a bone. Furthermore, the holding tool is provided with: a first base part (225b) which is provided to the rear end side of the first separation member, and which is provided with a guide member (222b) for guiding opening and closing operations of the first separation member and the second separation member; a second base part (225a) which is provided to the rear end side of the second separation member, and which is provided with an opening (222c) through which the guide member is inserted; and a maintaining part (223) for maintaining sliding between the guide member and the opening.
