Abstract:
Provided is a holding unit that is easily incorporated into a mold and has excellent versatility. Also provided are a holding unit capable of being compactly incorporated into a mold, a protruding mechanism of a molding mold provided with the holding unit, a fixed-side mold, a movable-side mold, a molding mold, and a molded article. A holding unit is provided with: a movable ejector pin 10; a ring-shaped member 11 immovably fixed for use; and a ball plunger 12 that is attached to the ring-shaped member 11 to press the ejector pin 10 and that locks the ejector pin 10 with respect to the ring-shaped member 11. When a prescribed force or more is applied in a movement direction of the ejector pin 10, the ejector pin 10 is disengaged from the ring-shaped member 11 and becomes movable. The ball plunger 12 is incorporated into the ring-shaped member 11, forming a unit.
