Abstract:
A hole enlargement machine comprises a base. A hole enlargement driving source (1), a fixture group, and a blocking plate (6) are successively arranged in a horizontal direction on the base. A hole enlargement head (2) is mounted on an operation end of the hole enlargement driving source (1). A rear end of the hole enlargement head (2) faces the fixture group. The fixture group comprises multiple first fixtures successively arranged in a horizontal direction. The first fixture comprises a lower fixture (5), an upper fixture (4), and a fixture driving source used for moving the upper fixture (4). An upper end surface of the lower fixture (5) is provided with a lower holding cavity. A lower end surface of the upper fixture (4) is provided with an upper holding cavity. When a product is placed horizontally on the first fixture, one end of the product presses the blocking plate (6), and the other end of the product faces the hole enlargement head (2). The hole enlargement driving source (1) inserts the hole enlargement head (2) into a hollow end of the product, and the hole enlargement head (2) performs hole enlargement on the product to gradually increase the hole size, such that a specified rubber strip can be easily inserted into the hole. The hole enlargement machine performs hole enlargement semi-automatically, improves production efficiency, and reduces operating difficulties of an operator.
