Abstract:
A hole-opening assembly comprising a hole saw (2), a hole saw lock (1) and a center drill (3). A locking device is mounted between the center drill (3) and the hole saw lock (1) for locking and unlocking the axial position of the center drill(3) inside a sliding groove(111). The locking device is connected to a triggering device for generating a reaction action when the hole saw (2) contacts the material to be processed. The locking device, driven by the triggering device, unlocks the axial position of the center drill (3) in the sliding groove (111). During the initial stage of cutting, the center drill (3) is locked in the hole saw lock (1) to provide a centering effect. After the hole saw (2) starts cutting, the locking position of the center drill (3) inside the hole saw lock (1) is unlocked, so that the drill depth of the center drill (3) does not increase as the cutting depth of the hole saw increases, thereby controlling drilling depth of the center drill (3) in the material being processed, which is conducive to the rapid removal of waste and improves the drilling efficiency.
