Abstract:
A hollow cylindrical capacitor according to the present invention comprises: one polarity connection section having an inner periphery cylindrical section and one side surface section; the other polarity connection section having an outer periphery cylindrical section and the other side surface section; and a capacitance section having one electrode plate, the other electrode plate and the dielectric. The capacitance section is housed at high density in an annular space formed within the inner periphery cylindrical section, the one side surface section, the outer periphery cylindrical section, and the other side surface section, and thus reducing the inside inductance component more than before. In an inverter device according to the present invention, said hollow cylindrical capacitor, and an inverter circuit section annularly configured having a three-phase upper arm and bottom arm are integrally formed and coaxially disposed around a central axial line while the one polarity connection section, the other polarity connection section, and the three-phase upper arm and bottom arm are electrically connected, thereby greatly minimizing the generation and propagation of surge voltages versus conventional devices while achieving reduction in size and weight.
