Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a hollow fiber membrane blood purification device which improves antioxidation performance, and has favorable water permeability performance and blood compatibility performance, and economic rationality. The present invention is a hollow fiber membrane blood purification device in which a hollow fiber membrane is filled in a container, wherein the hollow fiber membrane comprises a hydrophobic polymer, a hydrophilic polymer, and a fat-soluble vitamin. When a hollow fiber membrane bundle is divided into five in a longitudinal direction and the divided components positioned on the very ends are body end parts, the amount of the fat-soluble vitamin that is present in at least one of the body end parts is the greatest among the amounts of the fat-soluble vitamin that are present in all of the divided components, and the amount of the fat-soluble vitamin per 1 m2 of the hollow fiber membrane interior surface of the at least one of the body end parts is 20-300 mg/m2.
