A hollow-fibre membrane assembly having the function of preventing the membrane filaments from cracking, which comprises: hollow-fibre membrane filaments (1), protective films (2), and fastening materials (3), wherein the protective films (2) are packed near the outsides of the ends (5) of the hollow-fibre membrane filaments (1), parts of the protective films (2) are fixed in the fastening materials (3), and rest parts of the protective films (2) are bared outside of the fastening materials (3).
