Abstract:
Provided are hollow particles each having a high porosity, excellent pressure resistance, and excellent adhesiveness to a resin. Each of the hollow particles is provided with a shell comprising a resin and a hollow part surrounded by the shell, in which the porosity is 50% or more, the shell contains, as the resin, a polymer that contains a crosslinkable monomer unit in an amount of 60 to 100 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of all of monomer units, and the surface of each of the hollow particles has at least one reactive group selected from a hydroxyl group and an amino group and the hydroxyl value is 0.20 mol/g or more or an amine value is 0.20 mmol/g or more, or the surface of each of the hollow particles has at least one reactive group selected from a carboxyl group, a carboxylic anhydride group and a sulfo group and the acid value is 0.20 mmol/g or more.
