Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide hollow particles which are light-weight and are excellent in terms of handleability and dispersibility and a use of the hollow particles. The hollow particles each comprise a shell constituted from a thermoplastic resin and have a hollow surrounded by the shell, and have a true specific gravity d1 of 0.02-0.1 and satisfy the following requirement 1. The hollow particles preferably have an ash content of 2.5 wt% or less. Requirement 1: The true specific gravity d1 and a loose bulk specific gravity d2 of the hollow particles have the following relationship (I). Relationship (I): 58≤100×(d1-d2)/d1≤78
