A hologram data reproduction apparatus according to the present invention may comprise: a CCD for photographing diffracted light corresponding to a data page from a recording medium on which reference light is irradiated; a calculation unit for calculating an optimal threshold by applying, to a genetic algorithm, a fitness function (Fit) for detecting the number of error bits of the data page corresponding to the diffracted light; a control unit for determining an output value of each pixel of the data page on the basis of the calculated optimal threshold; and a decoding unit for decoding reproduced data according to the determined output value of each pixel and outputting the decoded reproduced data. Accordingly, the hologram data reproduction apparatus can accurately reproduce hologram data by minimizing the bit error rate (BER).
