Abstract:
A hologram provided with a form layer and a reflection layer stacked together, the form layer having an optical phase modulation structure on a first interface with the reflection layer, wherein, in the event of reference light projected from a point light source entering from a second interface of the form layer differing from the first interface, all or a part of the image reproduced by the optical phase modulation structure is formed as spatial information toward the point light source relative to the second interface.
