A holographic display panel, a holographic display device, and a holographic display method of the holographic display device. The holographic display panel comprises multiple display units (10, 10'). Each display unit (10, 10') comprises at least two adjacent pixels (101, 101'). Each pixel (101, 101') comprises multiple subpixels (1011). Each display unit (10, 10') comprises multiple phase plates (102). Each subpixel (1011) corresponds to one of the multiple phase plates (102) along a light exiting direction of the subpixel. Diffraction angles of light emitted from phase plates (102) corresponding to subpixels (1011) in a same pixel (101, 101') are identical. The diffraction angle of first light emitted from a phase plate (102) corresponding to a first pixel (101) in a display unit (10, 10') is different from the diffraction angle of second light emitted from a phase plate (102) corresponding to a second pixel (101') different from the first pixel (101) in the same display unit (10, 10'), and a reverse extension line of the first light intersects with a reverse extension line of the second light at an image surface position (DF1, DF2).
