Abstract:
A holographic image processing device is disclosed. The holographic image processing device for a three-dimensional graphic object, according to the present invention, whereby a three-dimensional graphic object is realized by means of a point cloud method, comprises: a region configuration unit for dividing the visual field of a user into multiple regions; a sampling unit for sampling, per each divided region, points from a three-dimensional graphic object within the visual field of the user, wherein the point density of the sampled points is different per each divided region; and a fringe pattern generation unit for generating a fringe pattern corresponding to each of the sampled points. The present invention has an effect whereby a hologram may be generated at a high speed without degrading the resolution of a holographic reproduction image.
